Professional Practice :Dr Francois Fong has a wide range of local and overseas experience in clinical practice and health care management. As the Medical Director of Neo-Health Care, Dr Fong plays an important role in ensuring Neo-Health meets international medical standards. Dr Fong oversees all aspects of the medical services including patient care, medical ethics, compliance with the Medical Council of Hong Kong and Government Ordinances, as well as adherence to international and local best practice guidelines. In addition to fulfilling his management duties, Dr Fong also practices as a family doctor, a sex therapist and a counsellor. Dr Fong assists both male and patients with their sexual problems, as well as managing sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Dr Fong is also currently participating in a research project on STIs with the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Apart from being a successful clinician, Dr Fong is enthusiastic about training future doctors, medical researchers and counsellors. Dr Fong has been appointed an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong. He is also a Clinical Tutor and Lecturer at Monash University in Australia. Dr Fong has been involved in various community education and prevention programs to promote public awareness and proper perception of sexual health. Dr Fong has been interviewed by various media, including South China Morning Post, New Beijing Newspaper, BEATS magazine on different sexual health issues. Most recently, Dr Fong has been invited as a professional guest appearing in a TV program called “Pillow Talk” produced by ATV to provide professional knowledge in sexual health. The 20 episodes of “Sex Seminary” discuss various sexual concepts, practices, taboos and general misunderstandings on sexual issues. ![]()

Professional Practice :Father Vincent Sanchez is a Catholic Priest from Spain who came to Hong Kong in 1998. He is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience and a registered member of the Hong Kong Psychological Society. Father Vincent provides his psychotherapy services to a diverse group of people, regardless of their beliefs or personal convictions. He views his role as a psychotherapist as an essential part of his pastoral mission; to alleviate psychological suffering, and to help people make better sense of their lives and their problems. Father Vincent has received special training in treating psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties and marital problems etc. Father Vincent practices psychotherapy using a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and humanistic approaches. He considers psychotherapy to be both an art and a science. Successful outcomes are achieved as a result of teamwork and by establishing a comfortable, trusting, respectful and therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client. In 2005, in addition to working for the Church and as a psychotherapist, Father Vincent became a Professor of Child Psychology, Lifespan Developmental Psychology and Social Psychology at the Inter-University Institute of Macau (IIUM). In early 2007 he also took responsibility for the Master in Counselling and Psychotherapy Program at the Graduate School of IIUM. During his first few years in Hong Kong apart from his work in the Church Father Vincent dedicated himself to the study of Cantonese language and Chinese culture. Professional Practice :Albert Chan is a registered social worker and a marriage, sex and family therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in psychological counselling in North America. He is also an experienced consultant in providing effective employee assistant programs (EAP) to corporations, and in training professionals in marriage and family therapy in Hong Kong, Europe and South America. Albert has expertise in many areas including stress management, post-traumatic stress disorders, critical incident debriefings, in-depth psychotherapy for clients suffering from depression, anxiety and personality disorders, domestic violence, marital therapy, sexual disorders, gender issues and cultural adaptation issues. He provides counselling and therapy to help both individuals and couples deal with a wide range of problems and issues. Albert is a very experienced corporate trainer with extensive training exposure. He has conducted numerous management development and training programs for many governmental departments, public organizations and commercial enterprises, including the Social Welfare Department of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Social Work Council, The Against Child Abuse Association and Caritas Family Services. He provides consultations on EAP to a variety of companies, private corporations, churches, community social services, rehabilitation centers, schools and colleges. Albert belongs to a number of EAP Critical Incidents Debriefing teams in Toronto. He is an expert in this field and has handled hundreds of incidents. These include large scale lay-offs, car accidents, sudden deaths, bank robberies causing injury and death, heart attacks, suicides, bomb threats, drowning, horse-riding accidents and sudden deaths for private corporations, government facilities, school boards and hospitals. Alongside his private counselling practice, Albert is also a lecturer and teaches a number of psychology subjects at the Hong Kong Chinese University, the Hong Kong Baptist University, the Christian Counselling College, the Bethel Seminary and the Humber/Guelph College and University and Seneca College in Canada. BA Dip Ed Psych, Mpsych, RN, RPN Mem MAPsS, HKPS, VAFT, ISH Professional Practice :Judy received her training in mental health in Australia and has worked as a Registered Psychologist for many years, and has a background of General and Psychiatric Nursing. Over the past 35 years, she had worked in various settings including but not limited to acute psychiatric hospital, problem gambling counselling services, schools, community health centres, clinic for children with developmental delay and learning difficulties, family therapy centres, and private practice. She performed assessment and therapy for children, adults, couples, families and organisations from a diversity of culture and background. Child and Adolescent Counselling and Psycho-education Assessment Judy has extensive experience in working with children with developmental delay, learning difficulties, identification of autism spectrum disorder, ADHA and other emotional problems. She conducts individual as well as family counselling for children with difficulties. Judy also provides psycho-education assessment, liaise with education facilities, and provide feedback and recommendations to the student, family and school. Marriage Counselling Judy has been certified by Marriage Guidance Centre of the Department of Justice in Victoria, Australia as an approved couple and marriage counsellor. Professional Practice :Ms Anna Ng graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Philosophy. She developed her career at a youth organization focused on youth development. During her work, she completed a Master in Social Work at The University of Hong Kong to enable her have an in-depth understanding of the problems that young people face and to provide comprehensive solutions to them. While she was studying her Master degree, she encountered few ladies who have sexual problems and difficulties in their marriage. Anna developed a special interest in marriage counselling and sex therapy. This intense interest had propelled her to pursue a PhD and conducting research at The University of Hong Kong, Department of Social Work and Social Administration, in the area of female sexuality. Apart from being a registered social worker, Anna is also a member of the Hong Kong Association of Sex Educator, Researcher and Therapist (HKASERT). She had also completed a certified sex therapist course organized by HKASERT and became a certified sex therapist by the State of Florida, USA. Anna had provided services to needed individuals and couple with sexual issues at the Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong.
