Professional Practice :
Dr Francois Fong has a wide range of local and overseas experience in clinical practice and health care management. Being Medical Director of Neo-Health Care, Dr Fong plays an important role in ensuring Neo-Health meets international medical standards. Dr Fong oversees all aspects of medical services including patients care, medical ethics, compliance of Medical Council of Hong Kong and government Ordinances, as well as adherence to international and local best practice guidelines.
Apart from performing management duties, Dr Fong is also practicing as a family doctor, sex therapist and counsellor. Dr Fong assists patients with both male and female sexual problems as well as managing sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Dr Fong is also currently participating in a research project on STIs with the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Apart from being a successful clinician, Dr Fong is enthusiastic about training future doctors and medical research. Dr Fong has been appointed Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong, Clinical Tutor at and Lecturer at Monash University in Australia.
Dr Fong has been involved in various community education and prevention programs to promote public awareness and proper perception of sexual health. Dr Fong has been interviewed by various media, including South China Morning Post, New Beijing Newspaper, BEATS magazine on different sexual health issues. Most recently, Dr Fong has been invited as a professional guest appearing in a TV program called “Pillow Talk” produced by ATV to provide professional knowledge in sexual health. The 20 episodes of “Sex Seminary” discuss various sexual concepts, practices, taboos and general misunderstandings on sexual issues.

Professional Practice :
Mr Albert Chan is a registered social worker and marriage, sex and family therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience in psychological counselling in Northern America. He is also an experienced consultant in providing employee assistant program (EAP) to corporations as well as training to professionals in marriage and family therapy in Hong Kong, Europe and South America.
He has expertise in many areas including stress management, post-traumatic stress disorders, critical incident debriefings, in-depth psychotherapy for clients suffer with depression, anxiety and personality disorders, domestic violence, marital therapy and sexual disorders, gender issues and cultural adaptation. He provides counselling and personal therapy services to individuals and couples, helps the clients in handling stress and emotional problems, couple relationship and intimacy, etc.
Albert has been an experienced corporate trainer with extensive training exposure. He had conducted numerous management development and training programs for many governmental departments, public organizations and commercial enterprises, including Social Welfare Department of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Social Work Council, Against Child Abuse Association and Caritas Family Services, etc. He provides consultations to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) companies, private corporations, churches, community social services, rehabilitation centers, schools and colleges. The consultation that he provides for these organizations include clinical case work, marriage and family therapy trainings, staff development, critical incident debriefings, cross cultural training, employment counselling and supervision.
Albert is a member belongs to a few EAP Critical Incidents Debriefing teams in Toronto. He is expert in this field and has been handling over hundreds incidents of large scales of lay-off, car accidents, sudden deaths, bank robbery causing injuries and death, heart attacks, suicides, bomb threats, drowning, horse-riding accidents causing death for private corporations, government facilities, school boards and hospitals.
Apart from his private counselling practice, Albert is lecturer teaching a number of psychology subjects at the Hong Kong Chinese University, Hong Kong Baptist University, Christian Counselling College, Bethel Seminary and Humber/Guelph College and University and Seneca College in Canada. He is currently completing his doctoral degree in clinical psychology at the Colorado School of Professional Psychology.

Professional Practice :
Ms Anna Ng graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Philosophy. She developed her career at a youth organization focused on youth development. During her work, she completed a Master in Social Work at The University of Hong Kong to enable her have an in-depth understanding of the problems that young people face and to provide comprehensive solutions to them. While she was studying her Master degree, she encountered few ladies who have sexual problems and difficulties in their marriage. Anna developed a special interest in marriage counselling and sex therapy. This intense interest had propelled her to pursue a PhD and conducting research at The University of Hong Kong, Department of Social Work and Social Administration, in the area of female sexuality.
Apart from being a registered social worker, Anna is also a member of the Hong Kong Association of Sex Educator, Researcher and Therapist (HKASERT). She had also completed a certified sex therapist course organized by HKASERT and became a certified sex therapist by the State of Florida, USA. Anna had provided services to needed individuals and couple with sexual issues at the Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong. Among these cases were couples with male or female sexual dysfunctions; relationship problems; homosexual sexual issues; relationship coaching etc. Anna also has extensive experience in youth counselling, emotional and relationship issues, career choices, interpersonal relationship and life-meaning counselling, etc.
