Professional Practice :
Dr Francois Fong is primarily a sexual health physician, but he also practises as a family physician, sex therapist and counsellor.
Dr Francois Fong received his medical training in Australia. After obtaining his Masters in Family Medicine from Monash University and Masters in Sexual Health from the University of Sydney, he was awarded fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and membership of the Australian Association of Sex Educators, Researchers and Therapists.
In addition to his clinical practice Dr Fong is a skilled university researcher, zealous community advocate for sex education in Hong Kong and passionate educator. He has been involved in numerous university research projects in areas involving STD/HIV screening programs for female sex workers, HPV and cervical cancer screening. He has also held numerous roles in Hong Kong and Australia from tutor, lecturer to masters supervisor.
Dr Fong has been recognised by the Hong Kong community as an expert in his field and is regularly interviewed by the television, radio and print media.
